Retrospectiva<\/i>, for which the book\u00a0<i class=\"spip\">T\u00e0pies en perspectiva<\/i>\u00a0is published and which subsequently travels to Valladolid (Patio Herreriano) and Mexico (Museo de Arte de Zapop\u00e1n). The bibliophile book\u00a0<i class=\"spip\">Cranc-cranc<\/i>, which T\u00e0pies has produced, together with the composer Josep Maria Mestres Quadreny, is published. The Fundaci\u00f3n General of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid commissions him to design the poster for the summer courses of El Escorial. He attends the presentation of the documentary\u00a0<i class=\"spip\">T de T\u00e0pies<\/i>, directed by Carolina Tubau and produced by Televisi\u00f3 de Catalunya. The Fundaci\u00f3n Marcelino Bot\u00edn in Santander presentes the exhibition\u00a0<i class=\"spip\">Antoni T\u00e0pies. Una arquitectura de lo visible<\/i>. In Madrid he attends the opening of the exhibition\u00a0<i class=\"spip\">T\u00e0pies. Tierras<\/i>\u00a0(Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sof\u00eda). Other solo exhibitions in Rio de Janeiro (Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil) and Barcelona (Galeria Toni T\u00e0pies).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"spip\"><strong class=\"spip\">2005<\/strong><br \/>\nSan Sebastian and Barcelona present a joint work by T\u00e0pies and Jos\u00e9 Saramago produced to support Elkarri, a social movement which advocates a model of peace and dialogue to resolve the Basque conflict. He attends a recital by the flamenco singer Manuel Cuevas to mark the tribute paid to him by the Festival Internacional del Cante de la Minas (La Uni\u00f3n, Murcia). The work entitled\u00a0<i class=\"spip\">7 de novembre<\/i>\u00a0(1971) has been donated to the Catalan Parliament to mark the twenty-fifth anniversary of its reestablishment, and a commemorative serigraph is being carried out. Retrospective exhibition at the Hara Museum in Tokyo; the exhibition will later travel to Singapore (Singapore Art Museum). T\u00e0pies was awarded the Lissone Prize for his entire career. He produces the commemorative poster for the celebration of the 15th birthday of the Fundaci\u00f3 Antoni T\u00e0pies. New solo exhibitions at the Waddington Galleries in London and the Galerie Lelong in Zurich.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"spip\"><strong class=\"spip\">2006<\/strong><br \/>\nThe eight volume of the artist\u2019s complete works is presented at a public event at the Barcelona Athenaeum in the middle of June. In November, three exhibitions &#8211; held almost simultaneously at the Galerie Lelong (Paris), the Galer\u00eda Soledad Lorenzo (Madrid) and the Galeria Toni T\u00e0pies (Barcelona) &#8211; show the painter\u2019s most recent work done in his studios in Barcelona and Campins over the course of the spring and summer this same year. At the same time, the exhibition\u00a0<i class=\"spip\">Forms for the 21st Century. Recent Work by Antoni T\u00e0pies<\/i>, part of the\u00a0<i class=\"spip\">Urban Majorities 1900-2005 Project<\/i>, based at the Fundaci\u00f3 Antoni T\u00e0pies, opens in the IES Barri Bes\u00f2s secondary school in Barcelona, where it is visited over the course of a week by almost 1.700 secondary school pupils. The bibliophile book\u00a0<i class=\"spip\">Le soleil vu de dos<\/i>, with articles by Jacques Dupin and prints by T\u00e0pies, is presented. Towards the end of December, he attends the opening of the retrospective exhibition\u00a0<i class=\"spip\">T\u00e0pies\u2019 Posters and the Public Sphere<\/i>\u00a0at the Fundaci\u00f3 Antoni T\u00e0pies in Barcelona.
