Antoni T\u00e0pies was an artist committed to society, politics and the environment. As he stated in La Vanguardia<\/em> on 11 March 1986: \u2018Today cultural concerns, and aesthetics in particular, are not exclusive to artists, nor can they be isolated from such important issues as Human Rights, public health, ethnic oppression, the preservation of nature, etc.\u2019<\/p>\n <\/p>\n These are some of the measures we apply to be more sustainable:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n -Promoting the use of public transport to fight against climate change.<\/p>\n -Contributing to energy savings through equipment with maximum energy efficiency.<\/p>\n -Use of sustainable formats for our communication.<\/p>\n -Reduction to the use of water in our facilities.<\/p>\n -Properly managed the segregation, storage and disposal of our waste.<\/p>\n -Minimising single-use plastic.<\/p>\n -Expanding our commitment to society.<\/p>\n -Calculate and minimise the museum’s carbon footprint.<\/p>\n -Environmental criteria will be applied in all aspects of organising public and private events, prioritising sustainable and local producers and services.<\/p>\n -The exhibition, public and educational programmes will include content that promotes reflection and good practices in relation to the climate crisis.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n We ask you to help us achieve our sustainability goals by making these measures your own.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" The Museu T\u00e0pies adheres to the sustainability commitment of the Barcelona City Council.
