\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2023, what has been called the triple commemoration “Picasso 2023 \/ T\u00e0pies 2024 \/ Mir\u00f3 2025” begins in Barcelona and Catalonia. In 2023, we celebrate the 50th. anniversary of Picasso’s death and the 60th. of the opening of the Museum that bears his name. The year 2024 is the centenary of the birth of T\u00e0pies, and 2025, the 50th. anniversary of the inauguration of the Joan Mir\u00f3 Foundation.<\/span><\/p>\n

As an important event within the programming of the T\u00e0pies Year and the triple commemoration, with the support of the Department of Culture of the Generalitat of Catalonia and with the collaboration of the Fundaci\u00f3 Antoni T\u00e0pies, the Museu Picasso and the Fundaci\u00f3 Joan Mir\u00f3, the Conferences on art and spirituality in the artwork of Picasso, T\u00e0pies and Mir\u00f3 encourage intellectual and artistic debate between outstanding scholars, artists and thinkers, with the epicenter in the Antoni T\u00e0pies Meditation Room of the UPF.<\/span><\/p>\n

The second day of conferences, on Wednesday 22 May, will concentrate the events at the Fundaci\u00f3 Antoni T\u00e0pies, with the participation of the art scholar <\/span>Martine Heredia<\/b>, the poet and essayist <\/span>Alfonso Alegre <\/b>and the artist\u00a0<\/span>Susy G\u00f3mez<\/b>. There will also be a conversation between the artist <\/span>Antoni Llena <\/b>and the conference director, <\/span>Manuel Guerrero<\/b>, and the special issue of the magazine Engramma<\/i> dedicated to Antoni T\u00e0pies will be presented<\/span>, with <\/span>Imma Prieto<\/b>, director of the Fundaci\u00f3 Antoni T\u00e0pies, <\/span>Monica Centanni<\/b>, director<\/span> of<\/span> Engramma,<\/span><\/i> and <\/span>Victoria Cirlot<\/b> and <\/span>Ada Naval<\/b>, editors of this issue of the magazine.<\/span><\/p>\n
